Of course, if you want you can send us the blanket and once we've seen the defects and what needs to be repaired we can make you a quotation with no commitment, that if you accept we will repair it in 10 days and if not, we give it back, no questions asked.

Can you make me a copy of a mosaic I bought in Fez and has been damaged by the rain? Up

Yes, Of course, just send us the picture and get in contact with us to handle the details, like the design, colors, size... and you will obtain an exact copy.

Can your farols be put outdoors? I would like to do some decoration with them out in the terrace. Up

Generally, our farols are adapted by its design and materials to be placed either indoor or outdoor. Even though, it would be good you warn us before doing so (especially if you're going to put them some place like in the beach) and we will paint them with a special outdoor paint.

Could you put in one of your Trays of Taracea two inicials? I would like to be able to offer it as a wedding gift to some friends. Up

Do your plafons, lamps, lanterns and wall lights come with a light bulb? which type? Up

No, our products to illuminate, for safety questions in the transport, are not provided with the light bulb, but they accept up to 100w.

How can I know the measures of your articles? Up

In every piece, in the box " Size and weight ", you will be able to see in detail the measures of the same one. There are specified in centimeters the high, width or length and depth or thickness of the piece in question, besides the weight in kilograms.

What type of wood are your chess boards made of? Up

The wood we use for our chess boards is called okume, a tropical tree prepared in plates and is very light and at the same time resistant.

Are your prices tax included? Up

That tax – as well as the tariff at the customs for the clients who live on the countries outside the European Union—is calculates automatically on the buying procedure. That way, you will always know exactly what your purchase will cost. On the same line, shipping costs aren't included either and will be calculated on the same way.

Do I have to pay Taces for buying at Abacoarte? Up

Yes, as any other physical shop. In general terms, we may say that the purchases that are done from within the European Union must pay for IVA and those that are ouf of it may only pay for the Spanish customs tax; having later to report for export, in your case the costs asked by your country for the type of item. Our program calculates automatically the IVA and the customs expenses, having only in consideration special situationsm, like Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla, which even though are part of the EU, purchaes made in these territories do not pay IVA.

If I give you my card information, can I be sure no one will have it? Up

Service after the sale

How can I know if my order was placed correctly? Up

There are two ways to make sure the client has placed the order, first would be the email you receive from the system which reflects the order placed, and then another email which is personalized where we thank you for your purchase and the information of it so that you stay relax and know that your purchased is being processed.

How long do I have before returning the produt if I don't like it? Up

Abado, Andalucian of Art and Handicrafts is commited to return whatever paid on any purchase as long as we're notified within the first 10 days after you have received the product and the product is returned in perfect shape and with the box and original documents, even though the legislation gives up to 6 days only. Abaco will take care of the charges of the shipping while being sent but not while being returned, which by the Spanish law are to be handled by the client.

The delivery time depends on the order. for example, if the product is in stock, the delivery will happen within 5-6 days after the order has been placed and payed. If the item needs to be made, the delivery would take up to 12-15 days.

You don't have to stay home, if you're not home the delivery company will leave you a note with a phone # you can call to and set a date and time they can come deliver with no extra charges. that's why we strongly recommend you fill up the phone # field. Also in comments you can give us the instructions for the delivery.

Of course, every order goes with a bill. if you wish to receive it sooner we will gladly send it through email.. Of course if this is about a gift, we can send the bill to the buyer but not the receiver of the product.

What happens if the product I get is damaged or broken? Up

If the return is cause the product is damaged (broken, smashed, etc) or cause what was received was not what was ordered, Abaco commits to get the wrong product and send you the appropiate one with no extra charges. In this case the return must be done at the time the product is received, so the pack must be opened in fron of the delivery person. Once accepted and signed the delivery agreement, we won't accept returns of damaged items.

Is it necessary to set the tiles with gypsium or another similar substance in the gap they leave between them? Up

No, never, because not only do they spoil the pattern they make together, it is also unnecessary, for they are thought to have that milimetrical separation between them in order to let the wall be permeable and expel dampness through them. In addition little can be done once it has been done.

How to treat the terracotta soils? Up

There are various products available on the market. We propose two of those especifially designed for the terracotta: Mitrol (mat effect) and Bellatrix (wet effect). Both can be used outdoor as well as indoor. Sold in 1l and 5l jar for 12€ and 60€, respectively. 1l is enough to cover and protect a 8 to 12 sq.m area.

Are there any complications for the laying of terracotta floor tiles? Are they frost-resistant? Up

As said earlier, these floor tiles ares designed for outdoor as well as indoor use. It is recommended to be helped by a specialist for the laying, since the floor tiles are quite fragile until they are laid. Once the cement is dry they are as resistant as natural stones.
